Each art piece is hand-painted by Shayn Jones, Owner and Artist of Shayn’s Art Studio using watercolor, gouache, and ink on watercolor paper or canvas. After the painting is completed and ready for its new home, Shayn adds the listing to her shop and shares it on social media.
Original art ranges in size from 2.5 in. x 3.5 in. (ACEOs) to 11 in x 15 in. being the largest original artwork Shayn has worked on to date.
Majority of projects are painted on watercolor paper, but occasionally, Shayn’s Art Studio uses gouache on canvas panels or wrapped canvases.
All artwork on the Shayn’s Art Studio website and social media are the original ideas of Shayn Jones, d.b.a. Shayn's Art Studio, and should not be duplicated by other artists or collectors without Shayn's consent.
Shayn's Art Studio will mail bookmarks, stickers, and art prints via USPS.
Bookmarks, stickers, and art prints will be mailed in an envelope labeled with Shayn's Art Studio. It will be packaged carefully with Do Not Bend stickers on the outside to ensure the product arrives to the customer in satisfactory condition.
Commissions and original artwork, depending on size, might use a different method of shipping. Please contact Shayn's Art Studio if you are interested in purchasing a commission or original artwork.
Shayn's Art Studio cannot guarantee a replacement if artwork is damaged during shipping, in particular if it is a commission or original art, however, if this circumstance occurs, please provide photo proof of the damaged product and Shayn's Art Studio will reimburse the amount the customer paid with shipping included in the refund. Shayn's Art Studio will try to replace the product, free of charge, if it is possible for products like bookmarks, stickers, and art prints.
If a customer would like to return artwork that was purchased, simply contact Shayn's Art Studio and a return can be made with a refund included.
Exchanges can be made, when requested, unless it pertains to a commission or original artwork. Contact Shayn's Art Studio to request a product exchange.
